Open Day and Summer Party - 2012

Every summer we throw a party for staff and friends of Eurocom. This year it coincided with London 2012 Olympic Games so we hired a big screen and super sound system and had our own 'spectacular.

This year good cause was Barnardo's. In previous years we have raised funds for Cancer and Leukaemia in Childhood (C.L.IC),and the Royal British Legion and SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association).

Boxing and Racing Events

We periodically undertake social projects for staff and guests in the aid of charity. These are the only projects that never come in on time or within budget!! To the left is a team at a 'Boxing night' in the aid of Nigel Benn's Kids Hospice' which was a fantastic success. Past boxing charity evenings raised substantial funds for cerebral palsy.

The Inner City 100

The Inner City 100 is a yearly business index and research institute which locates and celebrates the 100 fastest growing inner city enterprises in the UK. Led by independent think tank 'The New Economics Foundation'. The lead sponsors are the 'Royal Bank of Scotland' and 'Natwest'. Partners in the initiative are the Financial Times, Bank of England and the London Business School.

Eurocom are proud to have received our award for the 20th fastest growing Inner City enterprise in the UK 2002 and for playing our part in Inner City enterprise, investment and renewal.

The Inner City 100

Above is a picture of our M.D. Larry Kenney with ex Prime Minister Gordon Brown, who is the main driving force behind the awards. Rumour has it the conversation was more Raith Rovers vs Cowdenbeath rather than Adam Smith. For the second consecutive year Larry along with other Eurocom management were guests at the American Inner City Awards and studied at 'Harvard Business School' whilst in Boston.
